Lost and Found
Our drivers are obliged to report the presence of any object they find in the vehicles. So if you lost an object and if it is in our possession we will help you.
We will need some useful information from you: object you lost - characteristics such as color, size, brand and model (when applied), but also the route of the taxi journey you took - taxi license number, invoice of the trip.
If the trip wasn´t scheduled and you took the ride starting from the street, inform us about the trip's approximate day and time, the place where you took the taxi and the destination.
Have a telephone contact so that we can return the call in case the object appears.
